Construction Superintendent

Construction Superintendent - Commercial Location: West Palm Beach, FL Salary: $90,000 - $130,000 + benefits Our client is an award winning, family owned general contractor, specializing in commercial projects such as multifamily, hotels, resorts, offices etc. They are on the lookout for an experienced Superintendent to join them on a permanent basis. Our client has an excellent work culture and offers long term progression opportunities. This is a full-time, permanent position with excellent benefits & bonuses. Requirements: Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction, preferably in projects such as multifamily, hotels and commercial Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered. Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and regulations. Proficiency in reading blueprints, project plans, and specifications. Proven ability to lead teams, including subcontractors, foremen, and laborers, and to foster a collaborative and productive work environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interface with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
