Position Summary
We are looking for a reliable, organized, and customer-focused team player to support our operations in a unique hybrid role. While the primary focus of this position is office-based – customer service, sales support, and general office assignments, it also includes assisting with light physical tasks in our production/warehouse area when daily administrative duties are complete. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their workday, combining office responsibilities with warehouse tasks in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Office Support
Greet customers in a professional and friendly manner (in-person and via phone).
Process sales orders and invoices and resolve customer issues.
Provide timely and courteous support to customers and key accounts.
Serve as the liaison between customers and internal teams for special projects and custom orders.
Support the outside sales team by handling inquiries, generating quotes, and processing orders.
Maintain organized digital and physical records, including sales tickets, quotes, and back orders.
Data Entry & Reporting
Accurately input orders, pricing, and customer data into Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Maintain accurate records of updated records of special orders and back orders.
Use digital catalogs and price files to ensure correct order processing.
Run customer reports.
Administrative Organization & Product Knowledge
Keep adequate stock of necessary office supplies.
File and maintain documents in accordance with company procedures.
Keep current industry logs and digital brochures up to date.
Understand company processes, procedures, and workflow, such as receiving, purchasing, order entry, shipping, accounting and dispatch to efficiently perform duties.
Warehouse & Production Support
Assist with light physical tasks in the production/warehouse area once office responsibilities are complete.
Tasks may include light assembly, packaging, labeling, inventory checks, or organizing materials.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment in the warehouse.
Learn and follow basic warehouse procedures (training provided).
Occasional lifting or movement of items up to 25 pounds.
Other Requirements
A positive, flexible, and enthusiastic attitude.
Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
Customer Service experience.
Ability to adapt between office work and light warehouse duties.
Ability to regularly lift or move 25 pounds.
Comfort working with computers; familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 .
Bilingual skills are a plus (not required).
Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
Willingness to learn and support various departments as needed.
