Position Details:

Role: Customer Service Representative

Location: 2200 North Central Avenue, Phoenix, AZ 85004

Pay: $16/hour

Duration: Contract-to-Hire (3 months and then converted perm)

Training: 2 weeks onsite (100% attendance required or subject to termination), remote following training

Job Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of call center experience

Preferred: Experience handling high-volume calls (approx. 80/day)

Automatic dialer system – calls are back-to-back

Must have dedicated workspace and 30mbps internet speed (no hotspots) FAST.COM

Cannot be in a caretaking role during work hours

Schedule Options (CST):

(20 openings) 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday–Friday

(20 openings) 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday–Friday

(10 openings) 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday–Friday

Performance Metrics:

Quality: 95%+

Adherence: 85%

Breaks: Two 14-minute breaks + 30-minute lunch (scheduled)

Time-Off Policy:

No guaranteed time off during training or initial contract period

Requests may be submitted but approval is not guaranteed

Cannot miss ANY time during 2 week training

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
