helps the Plan stay compliant while successfully executing a broad range of tasks in an accurate and timely manner.
We're looking for someone who excels when no two days are the same. Whether you're assisting our Adopting Employers with corrections, billing or other back office responsiblties you'll play a key role in achieving Service Excellence. You'll be able to learn 401(k) the ADP TotalSource Retirement Savings product and apply that knowledge to shape future growth and success.
To thrive in this role, you'll continue to build your 401(k) knowledge and help facilitate the training and mentorship of less tenured associates. You'll be open to a blended client facing role responsible for executeing operational tasks. You'd enjoy an enviroment of regular collaboration to align with and help the team achieve strategic iniatives.

Responsibilities
What you can expect on a typical day:
Be a
Trusted Advisor and Problem Solver.
You will develop and use your expertise to help support the ADP TotalSource Retirement Savings Plan. You will solve problems by applying knowledge and outside the box thinking as needed for timely issue resolution. You will take the initiative to seek answers, solutions, and positive outcomes.
Build Relationships.
You will build relationships with clients, vendors and internal partners using the phone, email, and/or chat, where you will strive to exceed client expectations in every interaction. You hold yourself to the highest ethical standards and live ADP's core value of "Integrity is Everything."
Develop and maintain full working knowledge of product and systems
including Sponsor and Participant websites, Salesforce/Henry and payroll platforms.
Organize.
You'll be able to stay organized while executing a wide range of various tasks each day to maintain document integrity compliance.
TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE
:
Required Qualifications
1 - 3 years of professional working experience. Prior 401(k) and client facing experience in financial service is preferred. Willingness to learn and develop the required 401(k) knowledge will be considered in addition to prior Customer Service experience.
A college degree is great but not required. What's more important is a commitment to learning the skills to do the job. Other acceptable experiences could include:
Client Service experience with relatable skills and knowledge.
Handling of financial escalations through resolution, including customer contact.
