CALL CENTER-CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST
NATURE STONE® , the leader in the Stone & Epoxy flooring industry, with an outstanding reputation, with facilities located in Cleveland, Cincinnati, Columbus, Toledo and Pittsburgh. The list of duties and responsibilities is not all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities, as management may deem necessary from time to time. Your two primary responsibilities would be one, to set qualified appointments from inbound callers and two, to provide effective customer service to consumers by utilizing excellent communication skills and in-depth knowledge of company products and policies.
You will be required to accurately enter data
into our system.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Accurate data entry.
Handling inbound and outbound calls to schedule in-home consultations for our sales team.
Accurately schedule service and sales appointments.
Calling customers to confirm appointments
Following up with online leads.
Processing lead information from the in-field sales representatives.
Interact with customers in a friendly and polite manner.
Professionally and accurately handle questions from customers and ensure that any outstanding issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly.
Willingness to work a flexible schedule including Saturdays.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
1-2 years plus experience in calling environments.
Accurately and strong data entry skills.
Detail and results-oriented.
Experience in home improvement products sales and/or direct response marketing is greatly , but not a requirement
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally and to handle customer complaints and dissatisfied customers.
Experience with CRM programs.
BENEFITS:
Hourly Rate: $18.00. This is a
Full-Time
position, 36 to 40 hours per work, overtime as needed, as well as some Saturdays.
