Mail Processing Logistics Coordinator

Position Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented
Warehouse Coordinator
to organize, track, and load finished USPS pallets of mail for outbound shipment.
Key Responsibilities: Utilize manual schedule to determine shipments of outbound pallets.
Track pallets and scheduled pick ups.
Utilize spreadsheet and Load Plans to organize and track mail in the warehouse.
Operates forklift to stack pallets to load trailers.
Uses pallet jacks to move pallets of mail and equipment through the warehouse.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent
1-3 years of forklift experience loading and unloading trailers preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform warehouse support tasks as needed
Schedule Options: Monday-Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm with overtime on weekends as needed.
