Location: USA Marshalls Store 0226 Shoreline, WA. Starting pay range: $16.66 to $17.16 per hour. Full pay range: $16.66 to $25.80 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and embodying customer experience principles.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment; adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
• Cross-train to support the needs of the business across store areas as needed.
• Role model established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Support a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Accurately ring customer purchases/returns and count change back to customers according to procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Uphold merchandising philosophy and follow merchandising procedures and standards.
• Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor following company procedures.
• Initiate and participate in store recovery and maintain store cleanliness and organization.
• Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback.
• Adhere to labor laws, policies, and procedures; participate in safety and keep a safe environment.
• Support shrink reduction goals and programs.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Possesses excellent customer service skills.
• Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of multi-tasking and adapting to changes in direction or unexpected situations.
• Able to lift heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Works effectively with peers and supervisors.
• Retail customer experience preferred.
