About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Data Analyst with 10+ years of experience in analyzing, interpreting, and presenting complex data. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in data modeling, visualization, and business intelligence, with proven ability to translate business requirements into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, validate, and analyze large and complex datasets from multiple sources.
• Develop, implement, and optimize dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.
• Perform advanced statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and trend forecasting to support business strategy.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across business, product, and technology teams to identify key data-driven opportunities.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management to improve decision-making.
• Design and maintain ETL processes for efficient data flow and accessibility.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance with organizational standards.
• Mentor junior analysts and provide guidance on best practices in analytics and reporting.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a similar analytical role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, QlikView, Looker, etc.).
• Proficiency in Excel (advanced functions, macros, pivot tables).
• Knowledge of Python / R for statistical analysis and data manipulation.
• Hands-on experience with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with big data platforms (Hadoop, Spark, Databricks).
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform for data analytics.
• Familiarity with machine learning models and predictive analytics.
• Experience in leading data projects and mentoring junior team members.
