Sales Representative - Hunter Role

Were hiring a hunter sales representative (BDR/SDR/Account Executive) with experience in outbound prospecting, new business development, and closing B2B clients. This is a quota-carrying role with uncapped commission.

The Role

  • This is a pure hunter sales position. If you thrive on outbound prospecting, cold calling, lead generation, and closing new business, this role is for you.
  • You will be responsible for building your own pipeline of consultants, coaches, and training firms. No leads are provided.
  • Success comes from daily business development outreach, consultative selling, and closing new accounts.
  • This is not account management or farming existing clients — it is about winning new business and expanding our partner network.
  • This is not an account management role — it’s a hunter position. You will be responsible for identifying, targeting, and winning new consultant, coach, and trainer partners who can benefit from our assessments.
  • You\'ll be working in the US Market.
  • Success here comes from your ability to prospect daily, open doors, and create opportunities through outbound efforts, including cold calls, email outreach, networking, and LinkedIn engagement.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Prospect and build your own pipeline — outbound calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and networking.
  • Hunt and close new business with independent consultants, executive coaches, and training firms.
  • Conduct discovery meetings to understand prospects' business models and challenges.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and demos that show the ROI of partnering with TTI.
  • Consistently hit or exceed new business sales goals.
  • Collaborate with our partner success team to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Provide feedback to our marketing team on buyer trends, competitive activity, and prospect objections.
  • Accurately track pipeline and sales activity in HubSpot CRM tool.

What You'll Bring

  • A proven track record with 3+ years of outbound B2B consultative sales experience.
  • Experience in generating your own leads and closing new accounts.
  • A background in professional services, HR tech, SaaS, or consulting industry sales is a plus.
  • Fearless outreach — comfortable making cold calls and building relationships from scratch.
  • The ability to be a self-starter, disciplined, and motivated by results and uncapped income.
