Responsibilities
- This is a hybrid role requiring a balance of remote administrative work and in-person customer engagement across Ohio.
- Lead designated accounts and expand brand position and growth across all product lines.
- Facilitate external sales communications with designated accounts around products, sales volumes, and brand placement/expansion.
- Track and report credits and other invoice information for the assigned accounts.
- Navigate the Company's inventory platform and generate reports to assist with daily sales responsibilities and goals.
- Manage order intake, entry, and coordination with Delivery and Accounting to ensure accuracy and on-time fulfillment.
- Provide feedback on product pricing and conduct research around competitor pricing on a regular basis.
- Maintain strong product knowledge and conduct quarterly analysis to evaluate our position and identify opportunities in Ohio's market.
- Assess product demand in the medical market and emerging adult use market to offer feedback in shaping the Company's product and sales strategy.
- Responsible for distributing timely information to dispensary buyers and staff, including but not limited to, inventory menus and product promotional materials.
- Partner with dispensaries on product placement promotions and collect feedback on the effectiveness of Grow Ohio's products.
- Direct customer support efforts with dispensaries and patients to resolve issues, identify trends, and elevate to the appropriate teams.
- Lead special projects and events as assigned, including cannabis industry events and company events.
- Implement best practices and maintenance CRM Function to update account profiles, contacts, and product menu/pricing.
- Develop and enhance the knowledge of dispensaries' staff via marketing coordination and educational programming (webinars, lunch and learn events, continuing education, and customer education efforts, if applicable).
- Work with the Company's sales leadership and other sales representatives to execute product allocation decisions and strategic product offerings around the state.
- Utilize internal systems to generate wholesale menus, inventory lists, sales reports, and performance dashboards.
- Track expiring and promotional inventory, implementing sales strategies to maximize sell-through.
- Utilize data tools to monitor brand performance and provide insights to leadership.
- Coordinate and lead visitor tours at the facility to educate on our products and strains offered to consumers in the State of Ohio.
- Assist with the management of Company assets on industry platforms such as iHeart Jane, Dutchie, Lit Alerts, and other platforms, as determined by Company leadership.
- Conduct quarterly SWOT analysis on assigned accounts to assist with product strategy decisions and sales initiatives.
- Attend monthly onsite sales meeting to discuss the market and overall account performance.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related field or 2+ years equivalent sales or similar work experience.
- Proficient in time management and follow through/execution of tasks.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working autonomous to drive results.
- Familiarity with dispensary-facing cannabis platforms such as Dutchie and iHeart Jane, preferred.
- Must be willing to travel up to 60% of time within the State of Ohio.
- Demonstrate skills, knowledge, and experience in the execution of sales and marketing activities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills fluently displayed in oral and written communications.
- Strong computer skills and comprehension of MS Office suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), spreadsheet software, database management, and other general-purpose tools.
- Highly motivated self-starter with a passion for learning.
- At least 21 years of age.
- Effective time management skills.
- Detail oriented, highly organized, and motivated by accomplishment.
- Ability to present ideas effectively and communicate well with all levels of management.
- Ability to work in a team environment on a variety of programs and projects.

Travel & Physical Requirements
- The ability to have reliable transportation and travel regularly within Ohio (estimated 50% of time) to visit dispensaries, attend events, and lead facility tours; remaining time may be worked remotely.
- The ability to lift 50 pounds regularly.
- The ability to respond quickly to sounds.
- The ability to move safely over uneven terrain or in confined spaces.
- The ability to work in bright/hot/humid conditions.
- The ability to complete fine motor functions.
- Lifting, standing, sitting, walking, bending, reaching, push/pull, repetitive use of hands, grasping use of hands, visual activity.
- Specific vision abilites required for this job include close vision requirements due to computer work.
This is a full-time position with variable hours required. Our facility is open from 6 am to 8 pm seven days a week. Candidates with weekend availability is required. You will have to complete a State/Federal background check, as well as a drug screening pre-employment. Grow Ohio offers a competitive compensation package with attractive benefit offerings.
