The Marketing Manager is a key member of the Capital Markets Property Marketing Hub in the Americas. The role provides strategic partnership, project management, creative oversight, and coordination and communication for the project team (Marketing and Brokerage Team) on Capital Markets Marketing projects. The Marketing Manager delivers best-in-class service, materials, and results for the Brokerage Team to pursue new Capital Markets opportunities and to market Cushman & Wakefield’s real estate investment offerings. The role operates in a fast-paced environment with Cushman & Wakefield real estate professionals, the properties and owners they represent, and within the Capital Markets Property Marketing Hub to develop and deliver industry-best marketing deliverables and outcomes. Under the leadership of a Capital Markets Property Marketing Hub Lead, the Marketing Manager serves as the point person for marketing assignments for the Multifamily investment product type, collaborating with fee earners and a team of graphic designers and marketing specialists to provide marketing support to pursue new opportunities and market awarded assignments.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee a small group of property marketing professionals as a people manager and project management lead to develop their project management abilities, marketing skillset, and to deliver best-in-class property marketing deliverables to the Brokerage Team and their Clients.
  • Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for Brokerage Teams on our most significant property marketing projects across the U.S.
  • Partner with Brokers, Financial Analysts, and Brokerage Coordinators to scope projects, align on approach, manage timelines, assemble required assets, and execute agreed-upon tactics.
  • Ensure the right internal team is in place to support project scope, collaborating with Marketing Specialists, Design Managers, and Graphic Designers to develop a marketing approach and execute a process that meets all deadlines and delivers materials that exceed expectations.
  • Establish and communicate project schedules to all participants and assign tasks as needed.
  • Manage day-to-day project workflow to maintain an efficient production schedule, adhering to standard processes for consistency and efficiency.
  • Communicate project updates to the Brokerage Team via status calls or other channels.
  • Interface with external clients for planning, marketing, or project status meetings when needed.
  • Incorporate feedback and edits into drafts, making ad hoc revisions to marketing collateral as necessary.
  • Maintain project databases, tracking tools, and project delivery/management tools.
  • Become proficient in Cushman & Wakefield’s CRM to connect data and improve marketing efforts and generate more leads and revenue.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 7+ years of marketing experience; real estate, agency, architecture, or commercial construction experience preferred
  • Familiarity with the Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience leading and managing a team with strong, results-oriented communication and leadership focused on team development
  • Familiarity with a project management tool is highly preferred
  • Ability to independently achieve successful outcomes with minimal supervision
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and oral communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to work across different audiences, personalities, and experience levels
  • Strong relationship management skills and ability to partner with internal and external stakeholders
  • Self-motivated but effective in a group environment

Compensation and Benefits

Cushman & Wakefield provides eligible employees with a comprehensive benefits package, including health, vision, and dental insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance, and paid/unpaid time away from work. Compensation for the role ranges from $97,750.00 to $115,000.00, depending on factors such as location, experience, and qualifications. The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
