Overview

United Water Restoration Group of North Florida is seeking a motivated and hands-on Marketing Manager to coordinate both field and digital marketing efforts. This role will focus on increasing local brand awareness, generating qualified leads, and supporting the sales team through a mix of online campaigns and in-market activities. The ideal candidate can roll up their sleeves, manage vendors and budgets, and execute campaigns that drive results. You’ll work closely with ownership and the sales team to ensure marketing activities drive calls and align with overall business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and manage local digital marketing efforts, including Google Business Profile, Local Service Ads, SEO tasks, and website updates.
  • Coordinate field marketing initiatives such as events, plumber visits, property manager outreach, and community sponsorships.
  • Assist in creating content for social media, email campaigns, and local advertising.
  • Track and report on marketing performance metrics (calls, leads, cost per lead, etc.) and suggest improvements.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies to ensure campaigns are on budget and on schedule.
  • Monitor competitors and stay current on industry best practices to recommend new lead generation ideas.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align campaigns with seasonal trends and business needs.

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of marketing experience (mix of digital and field preferred).
  • Working knowledge of Google Business Profile, Local Service Ads, and basic SEO.
  • Familiarity with website management platforms (WordPress + Elementor).
  • Ability to analyze marketing performance and present results clearly.
  • Strong organizational and project-management skills.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work with both internal teams and outside vendors.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.
