Responsibilities

Position Overview:

As we expand our footprint across the United States, we are looking for a dynamic Field Marketing Manager in the U.S. to help scale our brand presence, drive demand, accelerate pipeline growth, and build strong engagement with customers, partners, and prospects. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of marketing, sales, and partnerships — ideal for a driven marketer who thrives in a fast-moving environment.

  • Develop and Execute Regional Marketing Strategy: Translate global marketing objectives into U.S.-specific programs that resonate with enterprise and mid-market customers.
  • Pipeline Acceleration: Partner with Sales and Channel teams to design and execute campaigns that generate qualified leads, pipeline impact, and improve conversion velocity.
  • Events & Experiences: Own end-to-end planning and execution of regional events including high-visibility industry conferences, CXO roundtables, roadshows, webinars, and partner-led activations.
  • Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Build and execute targeted ABM campaigns for priority accounts in key verticals such as BFSI, Healthcare, Technology, and Manufacturing. Leverage personalized content, digital touchpoints, and executive engagement to deepen relationships and influence buying decisions.
  • Partner & Channel Marketing: Collaborate with technology alliances and channel partners on joint GTM activities, co-branded campaigns, and partner enablement initiatives.
  • Digital & Localized Campaigns: Adapt global brand messaging to resonate with the U.S. market and run integrated, multi-channel campaigns across email, digital, paid media, social platforms, and third-party channels to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion.
  • Market Intelligence: Act as the voice of the market by providing continuous insights into U.S. buyer behavior, emerging trends, and competitive shifts. Share actionable intelligence with global marketing and sales leadership to refine positioning and campaign strategy.
  • Metrics & Reporting: Establish a data-driven approach to marketing success by defining KPIs, tracking campaign performance, and measuring ROI. Use CRM and marketing automation platforms (Zoho, HubSpot, Marketo, or equivalent) to analyze pipeline influence, optimize campaigns, and demonstrate impact to leadership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 6+ years of B2B marketing experience, with a strong background in field marketing, demand generation, or ABM.
  • Experience in cybersecurity, managed services, SaaS, or enterprise technology is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in running regional campaigns that drive measurable pipeline impact.
  • Strong experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (Zoho, HubSpot, Marketo, or equivalent).
  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for executive and technical audiences.
  • Experience of working with channel partners and technology alliances on joint marketing initiatives.
  • Willingness to travel across the U.S. for events, partner meetings, and field activities.

Key Attributes

  • Results-oriented with a proactive, solution-driven approach.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build trust.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
