Business Analyst Job at RAPSYS TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. in Town of Islip

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business requirements for Dynamics 365 CRM projects.
• Create clear and detailed Functional Specification Documents (FSDs) to guide development.
• Apply functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, especially in:
  Retail Customer Leads
  Service Requests
• Collaborate with IT, development, and operations teams to align business and technical needs.
• Ensure integration of specifications across multiple systems and interfaces.
• Manage and triage JIRA tickets, assigning tasks based on priority and complexity.
• Act as a communication bridge between stakeholders and project teams to ensure clarity of objectives.

Must-Have Skills:

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (focus on Retail Leads or Service Requests).
• Strong ability in business requirements gathering and documentation.
• Experience writing Functional Specification Documents (FSDs).
• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams across technical and business domains.
• Understanding of systems integration and aligning specifications across platforms.
• Proficiency in JIRA triage and task management.

Nice to Have:

• Broader understanding of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem.
• Experience in the banking or financial services sector.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
