As a Top Secret cleared Business Analyst for this program, you will work in an organization dedicated to developing and operating software for critical national security applications. The organization employs SCRUM and SAFe Agile methodologies along with strong DevOps practices. You will gather, manage, and prioritize mission user needs from concept development to user story writing, supporting development and deployment. Collaborating with a fully integrated Agile team—including software architects, engineers, cloud specialists, and help desk staff—you will provide analytical and problem-solving expertise, consulting on complex projects and considering business implications of technology decisions. Responsibilities: Lead the collection and management of mission user needs, facilitating requirements gathering focused on usability and user engagement. Develop concepts of operation, story maps, workflows, and business rules. Provide consultation on technology applications considering business environments. Plan and lead major technology assignments, evaluate performance, and recommend strategic changes. Supervise others as needed. Minimum of 8 years’ experience is recommended; relevant certifications or past work may substitute for experience. A typical day includes: Leading Agile ceremonies Gathering requirements from stakeholders Documenting workflows and requirements Managing user tickets and collaborating with technical teams Prioritizing product backlog for sprints This position requires on-site work in Washington, DC, contingent on award.
