Position Overview The Client Relationship Manager (CRM) III is responsible for developing relationships with prospective clients by identifying their financial needs and filling those needs with the wide range of products and services offered by United Business Bank. These products may include extensions of commercial and/or real estate credits, demand, savings or time deposit account products or other services offered. They are responsible for knowing all aspects of loans including CRE, C&I, Construction, Lines of Credit, Letters of Credit and other complex loans. They analyze loan requests and determine whether a loan is within acceptable risk within the bank policy and prepare the required documents for approval. The CRM III provides service to existing client relationships, represents the Bank through involvement in local, civic, social and professional organizations, and is responsible for retaining and growing loan and deposit relationships, and other duties as assigned. Responsibilities

Develop relationships with prospective clients by identifying financial needs and offering a wide range of products and services. Know all aspects of loans including CRE, C&I, Construction, Lines of Credit, Letters of Credit and other complex loans. Analyze client loan requests and determine within acceptable risk and bank policy; prepare and submit required documentation for approval. Provide service to existing client relationships and represent the Bank in the community. Retain and grow loan and deposit relationships; perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications

Education/Certification:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field. Required Knowledge:

Knowledge of banking and lending operations and procedures, as well as the regulations and standard banking practices. Experience Required:

Minimum of 8 years experience in the financial services industry. Skills/Abilities:

Strong oral and written communication, strong math skills, strong interpersonal skills, strong business development and cross-selling skills, ability to analyze credit requests, good organizational skills, proficient with Word and Excel, professional appearance and demeanor.
