The Opportunity: The Human Resources team serves as a strategic partner and trusted resource for employees and leaders across Sephora, with a focus on enhancing the overall employee experience. Acting as a collaborative and supportive function, the HR team promotes consistency, fairness, and compliance with company policies while fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Through consultative support, data-driven insights, and proactive engagement, the team addresses employee needs, supports performance and development, and helps navigate complex workplace matters—including investigations, accommodations, and conflict resolution. (HRBP), you will be an advisor and thought partner to leaders to elevate people strategies. You will provide leadership and partnership to management and employees to deliver a spectrum of strategic and tactical HR support and programs, which are aligned with Sephora’s financial and talent goals. Reporting to the Director, HR Business Partner, you will take ownership and accountability for our Retail Asset Protection team and provide recommendations to guide decisions related to compensation, organizational structures, retention and other employee related activities. Duties and Responsibilities Strategic HR Partnership
Partner with Regional Asset Protection Directors, District Asset Protection Managers, to align HR strategies with business goals. Advise leaders on talent decisions, team dynamics, and leadership development. Lead change management efforts to support organizational effectiveness. Talent Management & Development
Drive performance management and feedback processes. Lead talent reviews, succession planning, promotions, and leadership coaching. Facilitate training and development initiatives. Manage annual HR cycles including performance reviews, talent calibration, and compensation planning. Culture, Engagement & HR Analytics
Champion a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Lead employee engagement and retention strategies aligned with Sephora’s values. Analyze HR metrics (e.g., turnover, engagement, absenteeism) to identify trends, support data driven decision making, and recommend solutions. Support culture-building programs and initiatives that foster high performance and employee satisfaction. Employee Relations & Compliance
Conduct and manage employee relations investigations. Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies. Manage LOA and accommodation processes (FMLA, ADA, religious, personal) Handle sensitive employee matters with confidentiality and integrity. Projects & Areas of Responsibility (AORs)
Assist with cyclical HR programs and cross-functional initiatives. Coordinate training logistics and support overflow tasks. Lead or contribute to ad hoc projects, process improvements, and special assignments as needed. Support execution of broader HR initiatives across the region/company. Experience
HR Experience:
Progressive HR experience including HRBP or generalist roles, preferably in retail or multi-unit environments. Experience in Retail and/or Asset Protection a plus.

Working Conditions Hybrid Role – 2-3 days in office Travel 25–40% (within assigned market) The annual base salary range for this position is $138,000.00- $148,000.00 The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant’s qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses.
