We’re looking for a Software Engineer to help scale the platform and innovate rapidly based on real-time customer needs. This is a full-time role based in NYC (in-person preferred, remote on Fridays), ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments and loves building impactful, production-ready systems from the ground up.

What You’ll Be Doing

Tech Breakdown

• 50% Building scalable backend systems using Python and AWS
• 30% Integrating generative AI capabilities and improving AI-driven workflows
• 20% Handling infrastructure, debugging, and rapid iteration based on client feedback
  
  

Daily Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, production-ready software based on real user needs
• Collaborate with a tight-knit, multi-skilled team to ship quickly and reliably
• Build and maintain cloud-based infrastructure to support AI models and tools
• Interface directly with internal stakeholders and occasionally clients to shape the product
• Take ownership of projects from ideation to deployment, balancing speed and code quality
  
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 1+ years of professional (non-internship) software engineering experience
• Strong experience with Python and cloud infrastructure like AWS
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, unstructured environments
• Demonstrated ability to take full ownership of projects
• Eager to learn and adapt in the rapidly evolving world of generative AI
• Clear communicator and collaborative teammate
• Self-motivated and self-critical, always striving to improve your own work The Offer
