Process EngineerLocation: Duncan, South CarolinaProfessional Direct HireDescription: HTI is seeking an experienced Process Engineer for a Tier 1 automotive manufacturer in Duncan, SC. This role will focus on optimizing injection molding processes, training technicians, and driving continuous improvement efforts in a high-performance manufacturing environment. This position is Direct Hire, M-F 1st shift. This includes hands-on work with tooling, process troubleshooting, machine optimization, and team training.Perform tool changeovers and start up processes with end-of-arm toolingMonitor and adjust machine parameters to maintain process stabilityIdentify and resolve root causes of process issues (machines, tools, settings)Improve machine efficiency and overall utilizationMaintain high-quality standards across all injection molding machinesAnalyze and address customer returns from a process standpointTrain process and setup technicians on proper use of equipment and settingsOptimize setup of injection mold tools and secondary equipmentCollaborate with Planning to maximize uptime and minimize changeover timeProvide absence coverage for Process Technicians when neededSupport ongoing 5S activitiesParticipate in projects assigned by plant or technology leadershipPerform other duties as assignedAbout HTIHuman Technologies, Inc.
