AbouttheRole TheClientRelationsAssociatesupportstheexecutionofthefirm'sclientexperiencestrategyandidentifiesopportunitiesforimprovement,forbothstandarddailyoperationsaswellasindividualizedclient interactions.Theyarepartofateamthatisexpectedtosupporttheadvisorswiththeirtimesotheycan focuson meetingswithclientsandprospects. Responsibilities Supportacultureofbuildingrelationshipsandpersonalizingclientexperiences Deliveranexceptionalwelcometoeveryclient,prospectandpartneruponentryandensure outstandinghospitalitythroughoutthevisit Maintainlobbyaswelcomingenvironmentwithopportunitiesforpositivediscovery Manageappointmentconfirmationsandpreparations Assistclientswithsimpleadministrativerequests Assisttheteamwithclientdevelopmentrelatedactivities,includingdataentryandreporting Utilizefirm'sCRMtogettoknowclientspersonally,updateclientfilesandmineforopportunities Planandfacilitateregularclientoutreachthroughemailcampaignsandeventmanagement Participateindailysetupandshutdownofoffice Supportthegeneralupkeepandappearanceofthelobbyandcommonareas Maintainandreplenishsuppliesincommonareas(kitchenitems,supplyroomitems) Acceptincomingpackagesanddistributeasappropriate Assistwithspecialprojectsasneeded Qualifications Abilitytofollowprovidedscriptstomaintainconsistentcompany“voice” Strongworkethicwithhighlevelofintegrityandethics Solidcriticalthinkingskillsandtheabilitytoexercisesoundjudgment Strongorganizationalskills Stronganalyticalskills Impeccablecommunicationskillsin-person,overthephoneandviaemail Comfortableworkinginsmallofficeenvironment Abilitytoworkinacyclical,evolvingenvironment HighlevelofproficiencyinMSExcel,Word,Outlook,etc. PastCXand/orCRMexperiencepreferred Shouldspendatleast20hoursperyearincontinuingeducationrelatedtojobduties Salarydependingonexperience.Starting annual range is $55,000-$65,000.
