The Marketing team is high-performing, efficient, and collaborative and partners with Sales and Product Development to drive business for the Dice brand. About the role As VP, Marketing, you will report directly to the President of Dice and lead the entire marketing function, including B2B, B2C, brand strategy, digital, product marketing, and demand generation. You will shape go-to-market strategies, drive growth across customer segments, and ensure our brand stands out in the marketplace. The ideal candidate is a visionary leader who can translate strategy into execution while building and mentoring a high-performing team. Why we’re hiring This role leads the entire Marketing organization and partners across the company to drive success for the Dice brand. Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive revenue growth, customer acquisition, and retention across B2B and B2C channels. Serve as a key member of the executive team, contributing to overall company strategy and business planning. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Operations, and Finance to align marketing initiatives with business objectives. Brand & Communications Define and elevate the brand identity, ensuring consistency across all customer touchpoints. Oversee brand communications, PR, thought leadership, and executive visibility. Champion storytelling and positioning to differentiate products and services in the market. Demand Generation & Growth Lead multi-channel demand generation strategies for B2B and B2C audiences. Build scalable acquisition and retention programs across digital, social, email, content, events, and partnerships. Implement data-driven marketing to optimize campaigns and ROI. Product & Customer Marketing Collaborate with product teams to define go-to-market strategies for new offerings. Develop clear messaging, positioning, and sales enablement tools for B2B and B2C segments. Gather customer insights to influence product development and enhance the customer journey. Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing marketing team across brand, digital, product marketing, and creative functions. Establish clear performance goals, accountability frameworks, and career development opportunities. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence. What you bring to the team

An unique blend of strategic thinking and executional expertise with a proven track record of guiding go-to-market teams to ambitious targets. Qualifications

Required: Perspective on how AI is changing Marketing SaaS digital growth experience Understanding of the Technology industry and/or job boards Extensive progressive marketing leadership experience Proven success leading integrated B2B and B2C marketing strategies in growth-minded organizations Strong expertise in brand management, demand generation, digital marketing, and product marketing Data-driven with experience leveraging analytics to inform strategy Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional influencing skills Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field Note: This job description is intended to describe the general nature of the role as of its preparation date. Management reserves the right to modify this job to meet business needs. Compensation & Benefits Denver pay range: Base salary plus 10% annual bonus tied to targets.
