Impact XM is looking for a Senior Account Manager who thrives on building trusted client relationships, orchestrating unforgettable experiences, and leading complex event programs from vision to flawless execution. If you’re a seasoned event professional who can balance strategy with detail, client service with operational excellence, and leadership with hands-on delivery—we want to meet you. What You’ll Do As a Senior Account Manager, you’ll be the strategic partner and tactical lead for some of our most exciting corporate event programs. From executive summits and leadership conferences to sales kickoffs, product launches, and customer-facing experiences, you’ll manage every touchpoint to deliver high-value, high-impact results. Key responsibilities include: Leading end-to-end project management for multi-day, multi-track events—agenda design, venue sourcing, content, production, hospitality, and more. Serving as the primary client contact, building senior-level relationships, and positioning Impact XM as a trusted advisor. Translating client goals into bespoke event experiences that tell a story, build engagement, and drive business results. Partnering with internal teams (Creative, Strategy, Production, Digital, Content) to ensure seamless, brand-aligned delivery. Overseeing budgets, vendor negotiations, financial tracking, and reconciliation—targeting strong program margins. Coaching Account Managers and Coordinators, fostering collaboration, and helping grow the next generation of client service leaders. What You’ll Bring 4+ years’ experience in an Account Manager or Senior Account Manager role within events, experiential, or agency environments. A proven track record managing large-scale corporate events (beyond just trade shows)—press conferences, brand activations, leadership meetings, global experiences. Exceptional client service skills, with the ability to anticipate needs, respond quickly, and build trust. Strong financial acumen: budget management, forecasting, and margin accountability. Excellent communication and presentation skills—you can lead a client meeting with confidence and clarity. A collaborative spirit and mentoring mindset. You know how to bring a team together and elevate others.
