Your role in our mission

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the duties and activities of the business analyst team on IT projects
  • Provide guidance and support to newer team members to help them grow and succeed
  • Act as a bridge between clients, project managers, and technical staff to define, document, and share business requirements and expected impact
  • Collaborate with clients to develop business specifications at the start of technical projects
  • Analyze, plan, design, document, and recommend improvements to business processes that support clients\' technology goals
  • Use tools like Excel or SQL to quantify the anticipated impact of proposed changes
  • Build basic conceptual data and process models to communicate and track business requirements
  • Create, execute, or analyze basic test scenarios to ensure client requirements are accurately built into system design
  • Approve and validate test results to confirm all requirements have been met
  • Participate in technical reviews to ensure the intent of change is carried through every project phase

What we\'re looking for

  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in healthcare; 2+ years of Medicaid and Medicare experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent documentation skills and the ability to manage multiple projects
  • Solid understanding of computer programming concepts such as configuration, development, and batch processing
  • Advanced proficiency in analytical tools like Microsoft Excel or SQL, and experience with requirement-mapping tools in ALM platforms
  • Proven ability to apply analytical thinking and business process re-engineering to complex challenges
  • Executive presence and clear communication skills to translate client needs into actionable objectives for business leaders, clients, and technical teams

Compensation and benefits

The pay range for this position is $55,600.00 - $79,400.00 per year, with base pay varying by geographic region, internal equity, knowledge, skills, and experience.
