People & Culture Administrator
About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated HR Administrator to join our People & Culture team. This role will provide broad HR administrative support, with a strong emphasis on Talent Acquisition. The HR Administrator will assist with the end-to-end recruitment process, help maintain HR systems, and provide day-to-day support across People & Culture initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career HR professional with at least 1-2+ years of experience to grow their skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a career path geared towards Talent Acquisition. Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition Support Coordinate full-cycle recruitment activities, including job postings, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and offer letters. Maintain accurate applicant tracking system (ATS) records and generate recruitment-related reports. Partner with the People & Culture team to deliver excellent manager and candidate experience. Assist with the company's Internship Program. HR Administration Provide coordination support across the recruitment process, including posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates in a professional and timely manner. Assist with preparing offer letters, collecting required documentation, and helping coordinate new hire orientations. Accurately maintain candidate and employee information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and HRIS. Prepare recruiting reports to support the People & Culture team. Help ensure compliance with recruiting and onboarding processes, including background checks and employment verifications. People & Culture Initiatives Provide general administrative support to the People & Culture team, including preparing reports, scheduling meetings, and managing documentation. Participate in projects related to engagement, learning, and organizational culture. Serve as a point of contact for employees, delivering responsive and professional support. All other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field. 1-2+ years of HR experience with exposure to HR practices and compliance. Strong interest in Talent Acquisition; ATS/HRIS experience a plus. This role will grow within the Talent Acquisition Department.
