Day to Day:

Insight Global is seeking a Customer Service Rep in Oklahoma City, OK. This role requires a high level of sensitivity and compassion when communicating with internal employees and customers. Please keep in mind that this is a hospital system and are open 24/7- This role will require great attendance and punctuality even on weekends and holidays as needed.

• Documenting circumstances.
• Handle sensitive cases and situations with compassion and discretion.
• Having great attendance and punctuality is a must.

Compensation:

$18/hr to $22/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
