Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in New York, NY, for a Construction Project Manager. The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from inception to completion, coordinating project activities, managing budgets, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope. Daily tasks include liaising with clients, contractors, and suppliers, managing project schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety and building regulations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Construction Project Management and Construction Management
• Experience in Project Coordination and overseeing project activities
• Strong budgeting skills and the ability to manage project finances effectively
• Solid Project Management skills, including scheduling and resource allocation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively on-site in New York, NY
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• Previous experience in luxury retail construction projects is a plus

The hiring range for this position ranges from $100,000-$150,000. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidates’ relevant skills and experience.
