Role: Marketing Project Manager

Duration: 12 Months

Location: El Segundo, CA (Hybrid – Mostly remote)

W2 – USC or GC only

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed work plans, schedules, estimates, resource plans, and status reports.
• Manage multiple projects and coordinate cross-functional teams to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Must be highly organized and able to juggle multiple projects at a time.
• Intermediate to expert level skills with online project management tools (e.g., Workfront, Quickbase) and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ability to convey ideas clearly and effectively.
• Able to collaborate and communicate with multiple cross-functional stakeholders.
