On our 300+ acre campus, we serve over 600 youth each year through a cradle-to-career continuum that includes foster care, residential treatment, housing support, vocational training, and early childhood education. What You'll be Doing

As a Residential Therapist, you will provide clinical supervision to staff, oversee the delivery of treatment services, and offer therapy services to our students.

Key Responsibilities: Clinical Supervision:

Oversee the treatment milieu and model of care in the designated cottage(s), actively participating in service delivery. Integrate evidence-based practices and interventions into the care model. Collaborate with the Cottage Supervisor to ensure clinically appropriate services are provided to eligible students. Therapy Services:

Conduct assessments and provide individual, family, and group therapy for students. Compile information into Comprehensive Clinical Assessments with recommendations. Team Meetings:

Facilitate and/or participate in Child and Family Team Meetings and clinical staff meetings. On-Call Services:

Provide clinical on-call services as needed. Additional Responsibilities: Training:

Deliver in-service clinical training for Eliada staff as scheduled. Cultural Competence:

Demonstrate competence and responsiveness to cultural differences within the student and staff population. Professional Development:

Participate in trainings to maintain current licensure and enhance professional development and clinical services at Eliada. Join us in making a difference in the lives of children and their families!

Requirements:

What We’re Looking For

• Master's degree in social work, psychology, or counseling with current licensure in North Carolina. • In-depth understanding of diagnostic issues, clinical interventions, group dynamics, interdisciplinary teamwork, and clinical service delivery models. Experience: • Minimum of 2 years' experience in providing treatment services such as case management, individual, family, and group therapy to children and adolescents. • Preferred experience in residential treatment settings. Skills/Physical/Working

Conditions: • Valid North Carolina driver’s license and insurability by Eliada’s insurance carriers. • Excellent interpersonal, documentation, and organizational skills. • Flexibility with work hours, including some evenings and weekends to meet family and program needs.
