About the Role Our Installers bring beauty, organization, and joy into customers’ homes—transforming garage spaces into functional, stylish solutions. In this hands-on role, you’ll be assembling and installing custom-built systems with precision and care. You’ll start with in-depth training to learn our tools, techniques, and quality standards, with the goal of growing into a Lead Installer position quickly. Key Responsibilities Assemble and install garage organization systems based on detailed design plans (not Garage door installation - coatings, scraping, etc.)

Transport and handle products safely and efficiently on job sites

Communicate clearly with customers to ensure satisfaction

Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to all company standards

Problem-solve on the fly and maintain high accuracy in all measurements and cuts

Key Qualifications Ability to read design drawings and translate them into accurate installations

Skilled in using hand and power tools with precision

Strong organizational habits and attention to detail

Physically able to lift, carry, and assemble products in varied conditions

Comfortable working at least 2 weekends per month

Proactive and solutions-oriented under pressure

Schedule & Location This is a full-time, in-field role within the Charlotte and surrounding area. Requires availability for occasional weekend shifts (at least 2 per month).
