teams partner with clients to design and deliver solutions tackling a broad range of business challenges. Our teams work on multiple projects simultaneously, leveraging advanced data analytics and problem-solving techniques. Our recommendations and solutions are based on rigorous research and analysis, underpinned by deep expertise and thought leadership. The Health Plan and Provider (HPP) team

What you’ll do Identify the problem statement and break it into smaller components (e.g., issue/logic tree) Own a project workstream (data/content synthesis, insights/findings) Develop storyline/board of the workstream in a clear, easy-to-understand framework Work effectively in teams—communicate, participate, collaborate, motivate Leverage problem-solving skills and frameworks to develop solutions to client business problems Assist in structuring and conducting market or desk research to derive insights and support client decision-making Design custom analyses using tools like Excel, Access, Confirmit, and ZS's proprietary software Synthesize and communicate results to clients and ZS teams through oral and written presentations Develop client relationships within the Health Insurance/Health Plan sector and serve as a key contact on projects Support program management, conduct status updates, and mitigate risks/issues, ensuring project goals and deadlines are met Advance problem-solving skills and enhance ZS's capabilities Mentor and support the development of Associates on your projects and teams What you’ll bring PhD or Master’s degree with quantitative coursework in fields like business, economics, marketing, psychology, life sciences, or social sciences. Alternatively, 2-5 years of relevant professional experience. 2+ years of relevant Health Plan experience; a PhD may substitute for work experience. Experience with healthcare business processes/analytics preferred. High motivation, strong work ethic, maturity, and personal initiative. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Empathy, adaptability, and high personal impact. Strong attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset. Self-discipline in planning and organizing tasks. Aptitude for and enjoyment of team leadership.
