Springfield, MA . This is a great opportunity for experienced candidates to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment while gaining valuable experience. Position Details: Job title: Surgical Tech - OR Location: Springfield, MA Start Date: 09/15/2025 Contract Length: 13 weeks Shift: Days | 4X10s Hours per Week: 40 hours Travel Pay: $2,300/week Key Responsibilities: Prepare operating rooms
by setting up sterile instruments, supplies, and equipment needed for surgical procedures. Assist surgeons and nurses
during operations by passing instruments, sponges, and other sterile supplies. Maintain a sterile field
and adhere to strict infection control protocols throughout procedures. Count instruments, sponges, and supplies
before, during, and after surgery to ensure patient safety. Clean, restock, and sterilize equipment
after procedures to prepare for the next surgery. Experience: 2 years experience as a Surg Tech Trauma or thoracic experience Ortho, total joint, neuro and robotic experience Certifications & Skills: Certified Surgical Tech BLS (AHA) *Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.
