We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team. Our ideal candidate is a hybrid professional who combines technical proficiency with sales capabilities to drive revenue growth and ensure customer success. What You'll Do: Collaborate with sales teams to uncover cybersecurity challenges and present tailored solutions. Deliver compelling security demos and technical presentations to CISOs, IT teams, and executive stakeholders. Architect security solutions using TechGuard's cybersecurity products and services to fill customer requirements and meet compliance frameworks. Drive technical discovery and advanced security assessments during pre-sales engagements. Provide technical post-sales support such as onboarding and technical assistance where needed, ensuring continued satisfaction. Lead the creation of RFP/RFI responses, solution docs, and proof-of-concept (PoC) deployments. Act as a trusted advisor on cybersecurity trends and risk mitigation strategies. Relay customer insights and feedback to product and engineering teams for continuous improvement. Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activities – overall market understanding. What You'll Bring: Bachelor's in Cybersecurity, or related technical field. 3+ years in a Sales Engineer or similar technical based role within cybersecurity. Proven experience translating security concepts into business value. Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Sales and negotiation skills. Bonus Points: Experience with SaaS security platforms or MSSP environments. Understanding of cybersecurity services - penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, risk assessments, incident response planning, tabletop exercises, and security applications such as Actifile, Coro Cybersecurity Platform, and similar products Certifications: CISSP, CEH, CompTIA Security+, CCSP, OSCP
