Job Description Description: Responsibilities: Provide internal, on-going system/technical support to users, including training, maintaining proper system access for all roles and user requests Ensure design of system allows all components to work properly together Responsible for the development and implementation of new solutions and processes Troubleshoot problems reported by users and analyze and isolate issues Maintain documentation of key operational processes, system improvements and their revisions Manage configuration changes to fields, workflows, roles/permissions, page layouts, custom objects, custom record types, reports and dashboards Develop, test and deploy

customizations and new functionality based on changing business needs Requirements: Requirements & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information systems preferred Certified in both Salesforce and NetSuite 3+ years of Software Engineering experience Hands-on experience with Salesforce and NetSuite administration and configuration experience in complex environments Ability to produce clear and concise documentation Clear, effective verbal and written communication skills including the ability to actively listen, problem solve and communicate effectively with both technical and business users Must be detail oriented with the ability to think logically for interpreting and analyzing problems
