Heartland Express Inc. is an independent contractor for FedEx Ground and is actively searching for delivery drivers for daily routes out of Twinsburg, OH!

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License and DOT Med Card prior to starting date; must be at least 21 years of age
• Must pass drug screen and background check
• Ability to follow strict safety standards off and on road
• Comfortable following GPS navigation systems
• Ability to operate and navigate Step-Vans
• Health dental and vision insurance available after 90 days of employment
• $170 per day, stop pay available plus weekly service bonus over 99 percent
• Paid weekly (every Friday)
• One-week paid vacation first 2 years; optional PTO based on service and reliability

Schedule

• Start time 8:30am, dayshift only
• 4-5 days per week, based on availability
• Must work one weekend shift

Responsibilities

• Truck and device preparation prior to delivery route
• Morning route management to ensure packages will be delivered
• Weekly fluid checks for vehicle
• Deliver packages on time and efficiently to customers
