Description of the role: Dutch Miller Kia of Charlotte is seeking a driven and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Charlotte, NC. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving growth for the company. Responsibilities: Manage inbound lead process to set appointments. Train and manager sales and service BDC agents. Track their performance. Collaborate with sales department in follow up process, track shown ans sold metrics. Track and report on key performance metrics All other tasked associated with lead generation sources and lead flow.
