Physician Assistant
to join our team on North Carolina’s stunning Outer Banks. We’re a passionate group of providers committed to delivering excellent, compassionate care to our tight-knit coastal community.
We are a
Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) , which means we provide comprehensive primary care services to all patients, regardless of their ability to pay, and focus on serving underserved and rural communities. FQHC status also allows us to offer additional support and resources to our patients and staff.
About the Role:
Work alongside experienced physicians and clinical staff in a supportive, collaborative environment Provide primary and preventive care to diverse patients of all ages Enjoy a balanced schedule of Mon-Fri, 8am - 5pm Contribute to health initiatives that keep our community thriving
Why You’ll Love It Here:
Salary: $106,000 – $125,000 per year Malpractice insurance premiums covered by the organization Eligibility for the North Carolina Loan Repayment Program (NC LRP) Comprehensive benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Short/Long Term Disability, and more Time off: 11 paid holidays each year, 14 days of PTO, up to 5 Wellness days in your first year A meaningful role in improving community health Requirements:
