Job Details:
• Sporadic coverage for remainder of 2025, transitioning to FULL TIME beginning January 2026• Weekday coverage Monday-Friday (8am-5pm)• Call schedule: 5pm-8am, with one weekday call and 1 in 4 weekend call• Supervise psychiatric nurse practitioners• Manage approximately 12 patients per day in inpatient psychiatric setting• Treat various disorders including anxiety disorders, affective disorders, ADD/ADHD, personality disorders, eating disorders, developmental disorders, psychotic disorders, and organic disorders• Must be familiar with involuntary commitments, seclusion therapy, pharmacotherapy, group therapy, and restraint application• Work with adult population only (no pediatric patients)• Utilize Epic EMR system• Security measures include staff duress system and 24/7 on-site security• Must have active Michigan license or IMLC/LOQ• BLS certification required• Must be available to cover full time starting January 2026 (no exceptions)
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
