MFM consult-only role in California with home call and light volume; located near San Jose International Airport (SJC).

Practice Setting
- New MFM program at hospital-owned clinic
- Single-physician model with light patient load
- Support from RN, MA, and Sonographer
- Cerner EMR
Schedule
- 1-week blocks, Monday-Sunday
- 8a-5p: rounds + clinic each day
- Nights/weekends: home call only ( 2 calls/week avg.)
Cases and Procedures
- Consults and assessments only; no deliveries
- Cerclage preferred but not required
- 8-10 patients/day on average
Requirements
- Board Certified in Maternal-Fetal Medicine
- Active California license required
- PALS certification
