What You’ll Do: Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing service team Drive department profitability through efficient shop flow and upsell opportunities Monitor and improve key performance metrics (CSI, RO count, hours per RO, etc.) Ensure compliance with OEM guidelines and dealership policies Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and customer-first service Collaborate with Fixed Ops and Sales to support dealership-wide goals What You Bring: Proven experience as a Service Manager or Assistant Service Manager in an automotive dealership:
Be prepared to show 3-6 months of recent proof! Strong understanding of fixed ops KPIs, warranty processes, and service drive operations Leadership skills that inspire performance and growth Ability to communicate clearly with customers and staff CDJR experience a plus, but not required Why Join Stateline CDJR? High school diploma or equivalent, with a degree in Automotive Technology or a related field preferred. At least 3-5 years of experience in automotive service management. Proficiency in computer systems and software related to automotive service. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
