Assignment Details

- Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours + Call
- Schedule: 4x10-hour days; weeknight call + 1 weekend per month
- Setting: Inpatient (cardiovascular surgery service + OR)
- EMR: Cerner
- Privileges: Required (no temporary privileges available)
- Estimated Credentialing: 30 days
- Support Staff: 9 APPs, RN and surgical tech support

Requirements
- Board Certified Physician Assistant (CVTS experience required)
- Active Florida license
- Previous cardiovascular surgical experience
- Proficiency in endovascular vein harvesting (required)
- Must be available for full-time coverage

Clinical Details
- Assist in all aspects of cardiothoracic surgery cases in the OR
- Provide inpatient support and participate in call coverage
- Expected to be skilled in vein harvesting and perioperative management

Compensation
- Rates: Facility is accepting bids
