Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide comprehensive medical care for adult and geriatric patients
- Deliver services primarily to a Spanish-speaking patient population, utilizing translators and Spanish-speaking medical assistants as needed
- Perform patient assessments, develop and implement care plans, and manage chronic and acute health conditions within the scope of geriatric medicine
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure continuity and quality of care
- Adhere to all clinical protocols and compliance requirements
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
Additional Information

- Recent experience in geriatrics or adult health is essential; urgent care, internal medicine, or pediatrics experience will not be accepted
- Active California license, DEA, and furnishing license required
