Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide inpatient GYN coverage and consults
- Manage acute and chronic gynecological conditions, including complications during pregnancy and postpartum
- Treat a range of women's health issues in both inpatient and outpatient settings
- Conduct morning and evening rounds (2 hours total) plus 8 hours of outpatient clinic on Wednesdays
- Deliver care without performing deliveries or routine obstetric management beyond diagnosis and early pregnancy management
Additional Information
- Active Maryland license required
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications required
- Women's Healthcare Nurse Practitioner (WHNP) board certification preferred
- Experience in inpatient and outpatient gynecology strongly desired
