• Department description: Trauma service Dual boarded critical care trauma surgeons- Surgical trauma intensive care and general trauma patients
• EMR: Cerner
• Hospital bed size: 269 (Level 1 trauma)
• Skills required: Acute Care APP, ATLS required.

Requirements:

• Board Certification: Board Certified
• License required: AZ License
• DEA: Yes
• CSR: No
• Minimum experience required: 2 years
• Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days
