Internal Medicine / Primary Care APP opening in Albany, NY (Permanent)
This is a permanent position.
Opportunity Details:
Full-time outpatient opportunity with an established internal medicine practice
Provide routine and preventive care, chronic disease management, immunizations, cancer screening, and wellness services
Strong patient demand supported by a hospital-affiliated medical group
Collaborative care model promoting patient empowerment and healthy living
Requirements:
Board certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
Active New York State license and DEA registration
New graduates with long-term interest in Primary Care welcome to apply
Compensation/Benefits:
Starting compensation: $130,233 (with potential additional incentives for productivity, quality, and performance)
Starting bonus available
