Responsibilities and Duties
  • Perform comprehensive dental check-ups and routine visits
  • Oversee and assess quality of hygienists' cleaning work
  • Provide dental care for pediatric patients and children with special needs (including autism)
  • Utilize Dentrix software for patient documentation and care coordination
  • Coordinate with team regarding scheduling needs for patients with special requirements

Additional Information
  • Active Texas dental license or eligibility required
  • DDS or DMD degree from a U.S. accredited dental school
  • Current DEA and CPR certifications required
  • Basic Trauma Life Support (BTLS), Medicaid Certification, and Nitrous Oxide Certification required
  • Must be nitrous certified; oral sedation experience preferred
  • Candidates must notify in advance if unable to treat special needs patients
