Responsibilities and Duties
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and physical exams
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
- Develop individualized treatment plans and provide appropriate follow-up care
- Prescribe medications, therapies, and other interventions as needed
- Provide patient education on disease prevention, wellness, and treatment options
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest level of care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with regulatory standards
- Participate in community outreach and wellness programs
Additional Information
- Must be certified in Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Familiarity with eClinicalWorks EMR system required
