About the POSITION:

We are seeking a compassionate, patient-focused Dentist to join an established multi-specialty dental practice in the heart of Ocean County. This practice offers a collaborative environment, modern facilities, and a comprehensive approach to full-service dentistry. The incoming provider will care for a diverse patient population and work alongside an experienced team dedicated to delivering high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • DDS / DMD degree from an accredited U.S. Dental School

  • DDS / DMD degree and at least 1 year of work experience in a U.S. dental practice or completion of a General Practice Residency

  • Active state dental license in good standing

  • Eligibility for credentialing with private and governmental insurance programs

  • Strong clinical skills, including comprehensive examinations, preventive care, restorative procedures, and treatment of oral diseases

  • Excellent communication, critical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills

  • Commitment to providing care in a supportive, patient-centered environment

  • Ability to work collaboratively with staff to ensure high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance

Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and treat patients with oral diseases using clinically sound and compassionate care

  • Perform general dentistry procedures, including regular checkups and restorative treatments

  • Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and long-term treatment options

  • Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate treatment records

  • Address clinical issues promptly and effectively

  • Contribute to a positive team environment and uphold the highest standards of patient care

About the COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
