Primary Care Physician (FM/IM) or NP/PA Outpatient Locums

About the Opportunity:
Valley Community Healthcare, a Federally Qualified Health Center, is seeking a Primary Care provider (MD/DO or NP/PA) for an outpatient locums opportunity. You ll be joining a large, supportive team in either North Hollywood or North Hills, CA , delivering care to a diverse patient population, primarily Spanish-speaking.

Position Details:

• Start Date: ASAP (credentialing 4 weeks)
• Assignment Type: Locums (3-month minimum, option to extend)

• Work alongside 40+ providers across multiple specialties (FM, IM, BH, Peds, Women s Health, Dental, Optometry)
• Dedicated MA team for PCPs
• Large, two-story clinic with strong support staff
• NextGen EMR system
