Stanfield, NC Schedule:
1st shift | Monday–Friday | 6:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m. Compensation:
$30.73/hour What you'll tackle
Assemble, disassemble, repair, rebuild, and overhaul production machinery—cold form headers, thread rollers, and assembly systems. Perform bench and machining operations to restore components. Troubleshoot and repair equipment and facility utilities: pneumatics, hydraulics, plumbing, gas, and water. Support building and grounds maintenance to ensure uptime. Maintain impeccable attendance: accurate, on-time punches and reliable start times. Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED 3 years’ experience in industrial manufacturing maintenance (or equivalent) Ability to read/interpret blueprints and electrical schematics Verified by NOCTI: Industrial Maintenance Electrical Principles, PLC maintenance, Industrial Equipment Maintenance, Fluid Power, and Fundamentals of Machine Tools Experience with HVAC, fire protection, equipment
installation/relocation,
pipefitting, industrial air
compressors/dryers,
and PM programs Preferred:
welding/fabrication
with oxyacetylene and arc-welding equipment Comfort with hand/power tools (saws, drills, impacts, etc.) and safe operation Forklift and scissor lift certifications (training provided by the company) Strong communicator with cross-functional partners and vendors Overtime flexibility as production requires Physical requirements
Routine walking and standing Frequent repetitive motions Frequent moderate to heavy lifting and bending Proficiencies
