Are you a detail-driven finance professional ready to make an impact? We're seeking a
Cost Accountant
to join a high-performing Finance team supporting a growing network of manufacturing sites. This role is central to providing accurate and timely cost information, driving inventory accuracy, and partnering with Operations, Supply Chain, and Technology to ensure sound financial decisions. What You'll Do Develop and maintain labor and overhead costs for product costing and inventory valuation.
Oversee and enhance cost accumulation systems to ensure reliability and accuracy.
Review and update bills of materials; perform monthly cost rolls.
Lead cycle count administration, reporting, and annual physical inventory across multiple sites.
Analyze and report material variances (labor, material, overhead) and all inventory adjustments.
Manage the Fixed Asset system, including depreciation, amortization, and CapEx tracking.
Prepare month-end accruals, journal entries, and site-level P&L reviews.
Serve as a key contributor to the annual budget process.
Partner with Site Leaders to provide financial insights and ad-hoc analysis.
What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
3+ years of cost accounting or manufacturing finance experience.
Strong understanding of inventory management, fixed assets, and variance analysis.
Proficiency with ERP systems and Excel (advanced skills a plus).
A proactive, collaborative professional who thrives in fast-paced environments.
